Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At Talking Master, we strive to deliver valuable and actionable digital content to help you master communication skills. Since we offer non-tangible digital products, we follow a strict policy regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Physical Returns or Exchanges

As we sell digital products (eBooks, guides, templates, training materials, etc.), there is:

  • No physical shipping,

  • No return shipping process, and

  • No product exchange is applicable.

Once a product is purchased and accessed/downloaded, it is considered used and non-returnable.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any digital purchases unless:

  • You were charged more than once for the same item due to a payment processing error.

  • You did not receive access to your digital product within the stated delivery time, even after contacting support.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please email us with proof and we will either:

  • Issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase, or

  • Offer you an alternative product of equal value.

4. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, please:

  • Read product descriptions carefully.

  • Reach out to us if you have questions about what’s included.

  • Ensure you’re using a valid email address for delivery.

We do not offer refunds for issues like:

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatibility with your device

  • Misunderstanding the product usage

5. Unauthorized Sharing

If we find that a customer is involved in unauthorized sharing, reselling, or redistribution of any of our products, their access may be revoked without notice and no refunds will be issued.
